What companies have you worked with before?

We do not share client names or contacts but we can outline some of our projects. One client was a GC focused on the service industry. They were expanding from a startup to a multimillion dollar revenue company. Another was a subtrade that was in negative equity with a few months left of survivability. 2 years later they are thriving after implementing our designs and processes. Another client was a new business startup focused on large commercial and residential projects. We designed the entire structure of the operations and within 2 years they have aquired over $100M of projects.

Do you only work with a certain type or size of company?

No. Small or large we have no preference. We have worked with General Contractors, subtrades, suppliers etc. Our main requirement is to work with business owners that are serious about resolving their problems.

You said you give me a manual outlining the step by step on the processes. Can i give that to anyone I want or is it technically not my property?

You own it so you can give it to others if you like. We very strongly believe each company that needs us, needs a custom design. No two manuals will ever be designed the same or will ever work the same for different companies. But feel free to give it to someone to use if you think it will help.

We are at the point where we are growing but not big enough to afford a full time employee. Can you explain the "Project Coordinating Services".

Of course. You will have a list of project specific tasks that you need completed. RFP, RFI, SI, Drawings Submittal, Change Orders sent etc. These are all time consuming and require someone sitting at a computer to perform in most cases. We figure out that list and a price that works for both of us. This pricing is extremely flexible, the way it should be when you don’t hire a full time employee.

If I want to redesign my company to expand, will you be recommending a lot of new software's that are going to cost me a fortune?

Typically not. A lot of software’s can be quiet limiting in their abilities so we try to work around that if possible without affecting efficiencies. In a lot of cases we have had to work companies out of the software they were using as it was so expensive and time consuming for very little rewards.

Your website does not have prices advertised, can you give me a range?

We do not have a pricing structure. Every project is different and so we price it to match. We will never hide any exclusions in our pricing or purposely mislead you. When we agree to a price you know what you are getting and for what price. That won’t change unless we both discuss it and agree to a revised price and only for good reasons.
